(the \u201cCompany\u201d) respects the privacy rights of its Business Partners, Contracting Parties and Related Persons (collectively referred to as \u201cYou\u201d) as the Personal Data Protection Act B.E.2562 has prescribed. Hence, the Company has established this Privacy Notice to ensure that you receive full protection of their personal data. This Privacy Notice serves to inform you of the details regarding the collection, use, and disclosure (collectively referred to as \u201cProcessing\u201d), as well as the deletion and destruction of your personal data through both online and offline channels in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, as follows:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Purposes of Personal Data Processing<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>To process requests from business partners, vendors, contractors, and related persons prior to entering into a contract, or to perform obligations under a contract to which the business partner, vendor, contractor, or related person is a party or has a transaction with the Company, as the case may be.<\/li>\n<li>For the legitimate interests of the Company or other persons, such as:\n<ul>\n<li>For the benefit of performing contracts between you and the Company. This includes processing for procurement, auditing, payment for goods and services, monitoring and evaluating performance according to terms specified in contracts or related documents, and relationship management.<\/li>\n<li>For internal management, development, and operations to enable business continuity. This includes managing and developing products and\/or services (including websites and applications), research (such as surveys and interviews), auditing, prevention of fraud or other crimes, and maintenance of information systems.<\/li>\n<li>For security purposes, including implementing security measures for IT systems, managing access to Company premises, and system log in procedures for websites or applications.<\/li>\n<li>For market research and providing news or information via letters, email, SMS, applications, social media, telephone, and direct mail.<\/li>\n<li>For the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To prevent or suppress danger to your life, body, or health, or that of another person, such as emergency contacts or the control and prevention of communicable diseases.<\/li>\n<li>To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and orders from legally authorized officials.<\/li>\n<li>To perform duties in carrying out missions for the public interest of the Company or to exercise official authority granted to the Company.<\/li>\n<li>In cases where you have provided explicit consent, the Company will process personal data for the specific purposes defined in each consent, as follows:\n<ul>\n<li>To allow the Company to process your personal data for purposes other than those mentioned above. The Company collects your personal data as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>General Personal Data\n<ul>\n<li>The Company collects your personal data when business partners, vendors, contractors, or related persons contact, sell products, provide services, or engage in any transactions with the Company, such as:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">(A) Name, surname, ID card number and information contained on the ID card, photographs, and various forms of identification data.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">(B) Specifically business card information such as name, surname, job title, telephone number, email, work address, and social media accounts.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">(C) Work history and performance records, employment-related data, and information for the management of security, occupational health, and work environment. This includes accounting and financial data such as remuneration and bank account numbers.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>When you contact or transact with the Company, we may collect your Personal Data as follows:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">(A) Name, surname, date of birth, photograph, ID card number, driver&#8217;s license number, or passport number.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">(B) Email, telephone number, address, or social media information.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">(C) Participation history in previous activities or events.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>When you enter Company premises where Closed-Circuit Television (the &#8220;CCTV&#8221;) is installed, the Company may capture your image. Please note that the signage is posted to notify you of CCTV usage in the area.<\/li>\n<li>If you use the Company\u2019s Wi-Fi service, registration may be required. The data collected to provide this service includes name, surname, telephone number, email, and usage history.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Sensitive Data\n<ul>\n<li>The Company may need to collect and process sensitive personal data as defined by the Personal Data Protection Act for the purposes stated in this notice, such as:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">(A) \u00a0In some cases, the Company may collect sensitive data (e.g., religion or blood type) appearing on your ID card solely for identity verification, tax processing, or contract payments.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">(B)When necessary for the Company\u2019s security interests, such as fingerprints for identification purposes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 120px;\">(C) Food allergy information for organizing various activities (if any).<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Where necessary, the Company will only process your sensitive data with your explicit consent or for other purposes as permitted by law. The Company will use its best efforts to ensure adequate security measures are in place to protect your sensitive personal data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong>Change of Purpose for Processing Personal Data<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>The Company will use your personal data only for the purposes for which it was collected. In cases where a third party processes your personal data, they shall do so only under the Company\u2019s instructions. Furthermore, the Company requires such third parties to be bound by a duty of confidentiality and to strictly comply with relevant personal data protection laws.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"10\">\n<li><strong>Retention Period of Personal Data<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>The Company will retain your personal data for as long as necessary to achieve the specific purposes for each category of data, unless a longer retention period is permitted or required by law. In cases where the retention period cannot be clearly defined, the Company will store the data for a duration expected according to collection standards (e.g., the maximum general legal prescription period of 10 years).<\/li>\n<li>In case of CCTV data retention, the Company will retain your personal data based on following circumstances:\n<ul>\n<li>Under normal circumstances, your personal data captured via CCTV may be retained for a maximum period of 30 days.<\/li>\n<li>Where necessary\u2014such as for use as evidence in investigations, inquiries, or legal proceedings, or upon request by the data subject\u2014the data may be retained for longer than 30 days. The Company will delete such data once the specific purpose has been fulfilled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>The Company maintains an audit system to ensure the deletion or destruction of personal data once the retention period has expired, or if the data becomes irrelevant or exceeds what is necessary for the stated purposes of collection.<\/li>\n<li>Where the Company processes your personal data based on consent, we will continue to do so until you notify us of your withdrawal of consent and the Company has completed the processing of your request. However, the Company will still retain a necessary portion of your personal data as a record of your withdrawal to ensure we can accurately fulfill your future requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"11\">\n<li><strong>Rights of the Data Subject<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Subject to the conditions set forth under the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562, you are entitled to the following rights:\n<ul>\n<li>Right to withdraw the consent you have previously provided to the Company for the processing of your personal data.<\/li>\n<li>Right to request access to and obtain a copy of your personal data under the Company\u2019s responsibility, or to request disclosure of how your personal data was obtained without your consent.<\/li>\n<li>Right to request the transfer of your personal data in an electronic format to another Data Controller, as prescribed by the Personal Data Protection Act.<\/li>\n<li>Right to object to the collection, use, or disclosure of your personal data at any time.<\/li>\n<li>Right to request the Company to delete, destroy, or anonymize your personal data so that it can no longer identify you.<\/li>\n<li>Right to request the Company to suspend the use of your personal data.<\/li>\n<li>Right to request the Company to ensure that your personal data is accurate, up-to-date, complete, and not misleading.<\/li>\n<li>Right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Committee in the event that the Company, its data processors, employees, or contractors violate or fail to comply with personal data protection laws. The Company will consider your request and notify you of the result within 30 days from the date the request is received, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and related regulations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>You may exercise these legal rights by completing a Data Subject Right Request Form or a Withdrawal of Consent Form available on the Company\u2019s website.
